the location was very convenient. it allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the rooftop bar provided a lovely setting for an evening drink. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
the room faced the street so it was noisy. i was moved to another room, but it was also noisy. we could not eat there in the end, and they blamed us.

location was okay i guess. the staff seemed to do their jobs, so that was acceptable.
My room, a 'double or twin room', felt more like a single. the layout was odd. getting to breakfast involved navigating some stairs outside. It felt less like a hotel and more like an obstacle course, and who needs an obstacle course first thing in the morning?

The staff was polite . My room included a minibar stocked with drinks. The modern furniture appears new. The bathroom features heated floors, I found this quite lovely. I also found a map marked with attractions provided by the front desk staff.

i had five nights in a refurbished double or twin room it was decorated to a high standard i found it very clean the reception staff were helpful i also used the rooftop bar it was really nice
i found multiple small issues such as mouldy grout on the bathroom tiles and wobbly tables this gave an overall poor impression

The room had updated amenities and a very comfortable, large bed. I enjoyed the well-decorated bar on the top floor that featured maple trees. It created an excellent atmosphere!!!
The air conditioner didn't work that well and the walls seemed a bit thin, slightly annoying.
